This Privacy Policy explains how Sauda2Sales collects, uses, stores, and protects information when people use the Sauda2Sales seller app, Sauda2Sales website, and branded buyer catalog apps powered by Sauda2Sales.

Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to wholesalers, managers, approved buyers, and visitors who use Sauda2Sales services. Branded buyer apps may display a wholesaler's business name and catalog, but the app technology, authentication, and backend services are powered by Sauda2Sales.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

Name, phone number, business name, and account profile details.
Login and authentication information handled through Firebase Authentication.
Buyer approval status, store access requests, and seller-buyer relationship records.
Product catalog information uploaded by sellers, including names, descriptions, prices, and photos.
Order request details, cart items, quantities, buyer notes, and WhatsApp order text generated by the app.
Device information needed for push notifications, such as Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens.
Images uploaded for visual fabric search, when that feature is used.
Basic technical data such as app version, device type, logs, and error diagnostics.

How We Use Information

Create and manage seller, manager, and buyer accounts.
Control access to private branded catalogs.
Publish buyer-safe catalog entries from seller-managed products.
Process buyer cart and order requests.

WhatsApp Handoff

Sauda2Sales can open WhatsApp with pre-filled order or business messages. WhatsApp is a third-party service. Once you choose to send a message in WhatsApp, that message is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as needed to operate the service:

Sellers and their authorized managers can see buyer requests and order details for their own business.
Approved buyers can see the buyer-safe catalog made available by the seller they are approved for.
Service providers such as Firebase and Google Cloud process data for hosting, authentication, database, storage, notifications, and cloud functions.
Information may be disclosed if required by law or to protect users, the service, or business operations.

Data Storage and Security

Sauda2Sales uses Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication, database storage, file storage, cloud functions, and push notifications. We use access controls and seller-scoped data structures so each wholesaler's catalog and buyer records remain separated from other sellers.

Data Retention

We keep account, catalog, order, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, support users, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Sellers may request deletion or correction of their business data, subject to operational and legal requirements.

Your Choices

You can request account or data deletion by contacting us.
You can disable push notifications from your device settings.
You can choose not to upload optional product photos or visual-search images.
Buyers can contact the relevant seller for catalog access or approval changes.

Children's Privacy

Sauda2Sales is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, or business operations change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
